Job Description

Essential Duties (include but are not limited to):

  • Offer program and administrative support to all programs in the Early Childhood Services area
  • Work closely with senior staff to assist in the creation and maintenance of proposal materials and generate reports
  • Assist with planning a variety of complex meetings and special events, including managing logistics and overseeing production and distribution of materials
  • Assume responsibility for special projects as needed, which may include conducting research, managing project schedules, and coordinating the work of internal and external stakeholders
  • Prepare and manage protected health information as well as other confidential materials
  • Review and submit a/p and a/r requests, contractual service requests, etc
  • As needed, fulfill general clerical duties such registering clients and greeting walk-in visitors, answering phones, responding to inquiries about early childhood programs, photocopying, faxing, and mailing of sensitive material

REQUIREMENTS:

  • BA/BSW or 2 years of related work experience preferred.
  • Part Time; 28 hours per week 
  • Passion for early childhood development and education
  • Strong organizational and project management skills
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Ability to multi-task, problem solve, work creatively and independently, as well as function in a team environment
  • Bilingual/Bicultural preferred
